Robert Ozeran
Robert Ozeran is a dedicated workers’ compensation attorney committed to fighting for injured workers. As a first-generation Jewish American, Robert comes from a humble but resilient family—his grandparents survived the Holocaust, and his parents fled Soviet communism in search of a better life. These experiences instilled in Robert a strong sense of justice, a deep respect for American values, and a commitment to standing up for those in need.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Robert earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California, specializing in deviant psychology, with a minor in Psychology & Law. Robert then attended the University of San Diego School of Law. After law school, Robert worked in the workers’ compensation arena, gaining valuable industry experience while studying for the bar exam. He spent much of his time in court during that period, which helped him develop a strong understanding of the system. Robert passed the bar exam on his first attempt through self-study.
Over the past 13 years, Robert has not only built a successful legal practice but also grown a team of dedicated professionals who share his mission of fighting for injured workers. The expansion of his office is a testament to Robert’s commitment to providing exceptional service and fighting for justice on behalf of hardworking people.
Robert is passionate about advocating for these hardworking men and women—many of whom are immigrants like Robert’s parents. They are the backbone of society, keeping the world running, yet they often face uphill battles after workplace injuries. Robert understands the challenges they endure and is dedicated to ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.
For Robert, this work is more than a profession—it’s a mission. Robert’s background has shaped his strong commitment to stand up for American values, protecting the rights of those who need it most, and standing up to powerful insurance companies on their behalf.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys playing poker and guitar. Having played semi-professionally during college, Robert has won multiple poker tournaments and remains a world-ranked player based on those victories. When not fighting for injured workers, Robert enjoys taking walks with his dog and unwinding by watching football.
Attorney Peter Mbamalu Workers' Compensation Attorney
Peter Mbamalu is a dedicated Workers’ Compensation Attorney at The Law Offices of Robert Ozeran. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Peter earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and Management from California State University, Los Angeles. After gaining valuable experience in the business world, he pursued his passion for the law and attended North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina, where he successfully earned his Juris Doctor.
After graduating, Peter returned to Los Angeles, passed the California Bar Exam, and became licensed to practice law in the state of California. His commitment to helping injured workers stems from a deep passion for advocating on behalf of those who may struggle to fight for themselves.
As a proud Nigerian American, Peter maintains strong ties to the Nigerian community in Los Angeles. His cultural background and community involvement have allowed him to connect with and assist immigrant clients who may be unfamiliar with their legal rights, ensuring they receive the guidance and advocacy they need.
Outside of the office, Peter is an avid sports enthusiast and a devoted fan of Los Angeles teams, especially the Dodgers and Lakers. He is also a longtime supporter of the Raiders, a team he’s followed since their days in Los Angeles. In his free time, Peter enjoys traveling and attending events where he can network with friends and professionals alike, blending his love for social connection with his business acumen.
